He was predeceased by: his grandmother Donna White. He is survived by: his father Mark Bullock; his wife Merissa Martinson; his mother Vicki Bullock; his brother Jeremy White; and his daughter Lydia Alexis White. He is also survived by his extended family; his beloved nieces and nephews; his cherished dogs; and countless friends.
