He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess E. Fuller Sr. and Nina Belle Dale Fuller (Fuller); his former wife Madge Elizabeth Gibson Fuller; his son Chad Fuller (Michele); his stepchildren, Laurin DeRosier, Bob DeRosier, Cherie DeRosier, Donald DeRosier, Renee DeRosier and Terry DeRosier; and his sisters, Ruby Alice Fuller and Emma Grace Fuller Emmett.
He is survived by: his wife Carma Quist Hart Fuller; his stepdaughters, Marina Hart Gines and Savannah Hart Christensen (Kevin); and his sisters, Mary Nell Fuller Railo (Bill) and Becky Fuller Christensen (Brent). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Russon Mortuary (295 N Main St, Bountiful, UT 84010). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Valley View Memorial Park (4335 W 4100 S, West Valley City, UT 84120).
