He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Travis Joel Adams of Newton, UT, Talia Lee Preston of Layton, UT and Ike J Adams of Layton, UT.; his grandchildren, Bode, Tripp Adams, Tailyn, Taelar, Teegan, Wyitt Preston, Allie Adams and Kye Hendrix; and his caregiver Amy Burns.
