He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Alder Madsen and Ardith Braithwaite Madsen; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Sally Nordfors; his children, Kendal Kenneth (Kass Roberts), Tracie Ann (Mark Wilson), Tawnya (David Harrison) and Kenley Ross (Amy Mortensen); and his siblings, Doug and Sharon (Richard Bjerreguaard). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
