He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Call Killpack and Merlin Killpack; his in-laws, Kurt and Erna Madsen; and his daughter Jennifer Killpack.
He is survived by: his wife Winnie Killpack; and his children, Darrell Killpack, Kathy Ratcliffe (Michael), Scott Killpack and Dianna Wheelwright (David). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Utah Heart Association in his name.
