He was predeceased by: his parents, Orin W. Talbot and Edith Talbot (Rowley); his wife Elaine Elizabeth Woolley; and his sister JoAnn Talbot. He is survived by: his sons, Howard Sean Tutorow (Sherrie) and Kery Talbot; his grandchildren, Tye Evertsen (Lindsay), Brittney Cervinski, Chandler Evertsen (Mikelle), Chase Tutorow and Tayna Astacio (Pedro); and his siblings, Kathleen Poorte, Doyle Talbot (Barbara), Jay Talbot, Kay Stone (Rex) and Brent Talbot (Becky). He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
