Louis Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Louis Howell and Ellen Rowley Lunt Howell; and his siblings, Ray, Clyde, Marie Mary Howell Christensen, Alice Morine Howell Kuller and Lydia Ruth Howell Clark.

He is survived by: his wife Ione King; his children, Steven Howell (Nadine) of Fresno, CA, Joan Ripley (Jay) of Layton, UT, Diane Howell of West Jordan, UT, Douglas Howell (Karma) of Fresno, CA, Ilene Wayment (Kim) of Syracuse, UT, Brian Howell (Danielle) of Reno, NV and Karen Carrozza (Mark) of West Point, UT; and his sister Ann Cragun of Pleasant View, UT.. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
