He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Franklin Morgan and Essie Elsie Summers; his brother John; his significant other Elaine; and his children, Matthew and Julia Haugen.
He is survived by: his children, Janine Edwards (Donald), Todd Morgan (Mary Lynne), Marsha Richins (Ron), Carrie Butler (Dan), Larry Haugen (Susan) and Jane Dunford (Robert). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 80 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
