She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen J. Ham and Eli M. Douglas. She is survived by: her brother Steven Douglas; and her friends, Susan Jensen (Ron), Esther Medina (Juan) and Tracey Alene.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Lindquist's Layton Mortuary (1867 N Fairfield Rd, Layton, UT 84041). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
