In the vast expanse of eternity, Nedra shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Nedra farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Omar Buttars and Eunice Buttars; her significant other Robert J. Petersen (Bob); her children, Angela Kempema (Scott) and Matt Petersen (Nikki); and her grandchildren, Jakob, Jonah, Micah Kempema, Kendell and Cache Petersen. She was also cherished by her family, and her close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Rock Chapel (2455 Valley View Dr, Layton, UT 84040).
