She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bigley and Earline Bigley. She is survived by: her husband Norman Peterson; her sons, Andy Peterson (Lee) and Byron Peterson (Ellen); her grandchildren, Chase Peterson, Spencer Peterson, Brianna Dignard (Cole) and Erin Weeks (Kayden); and her great grandchild Beau Weeks. She is also survived by three brothers and one sister.
