With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Earl Gumbrecht of Layton, Utah, who passed away on March 27, 2026 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orlan Walter and Clara Dorleen Gumbrecht (Russell); his wife Rebecca Ellen Wilson; his daughters, Jenna Gumbrecht of Roy, UT and Natalie Garza (Scott Jr.) of Smithfield, UT; his grandsons, Memphis, Cooper, August and McCoy; his siblings, Kurt, Raymond, Elise, Valerie, Analee and Russell; his in-laws, Jack and Mary Wilson; and his son Hillary. He was also cherished by grandchildren, three "bonus" great-grandchildren.
