He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Mattson Hollingsworth; his children, Debra H. Salls, P. Kendal Hollingsworth, Janae H. Maher, David E. Hollingsworth, Adam M. Hollingsworth and Julia H. Jones; and his sister Renee H. Elder. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren.
