He was predeceased by: his parents, Louisa Sutton Miner and Robert Francis Miner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Grace; his daughter Laura Ann Williams (Garlin) of Antelope, CA; and his grandsons, Kevin Sparks and Airman Garlin Williams.
The family thanks the staff and volunteers of Community Nursing Service for their extraordinary service and support and suggests a donation to this worthy nonprofit in lieu of flowers.
