She is survived by: her half-brothers, Scott Beutler (Michelle) and Tom Stones; her husband Scott Waters; her mother Cora Beutler; her children, Todd Kammeyer, Tyler Kammeyer (Katie), Layton, Spencer Kammeyer (Stacey), Arizona, Julie Jaeger (Cory), Roy, Stacey Hadley (Broc), Taylor, Cameron Waters (Delaney) of Plain City, T. J. Waters (Angie) and Randee Ropelato (Marc); her sister Lori Hayes; and her half-sister Dawna Shupe (Dan). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
