He is survived by: his wife Lynette Dean; and his children, Justin (Krista), Jenilyn Jensen (Willis), Melanie Tafea (Aho), Jacob (Janet), Sheila Jensen (Brent), Steven (Shannon) and Mark (Jessica). He is also survived by 33 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
