He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Brenchley; his wife LaWanna Bishop; his children, Michael Bell, Roy, Jeffery Bell (Shimber), Matthew Bell (Kristi), Tony Owens (Marie), Bridgette Burnett (Bart), Marriott-Slaterville, Bryan Owens (Tryna), Stephanie Taggart, Allyson Russell (Dusten) and Taylor; and his brother Kent Bell (Karen). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
