She is survived by: her parents, Bobby Howe and JoAnn Howe; her daughter Charlene Rae Newbold; her husband Kerry Ray Newbold; her son Grant Newbold (Mandi); her grandchildren, Oliver, Jacob and Carter; her siblings, Rick Howe and Cindy Marlowe; and her mother-in-law Ramona Newbold.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Layton Northridge Stake Center (2375 E 3225 N, Layton, UT 84041). A burial was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at the Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park (4500 S Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84403).
