He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Winn and Geraldine Brown Tobiason Winn; his sister Robyn; and his granddaughter Payton. He is survived by: his wife Irene. He is also survived by 8 daughters and 2 sons, 4 son-in-law's and 1-daughter-in-law, 4 step-children, 20 grandchildren, and 2 siblings.
