He was predeceased by: his father Robert Holben. He is survived by: his mother Amber Perkins; his stepparents, Jay Perkins and Toni Holben; his siblings, Tiffani Holben and Reno; his siblings' children, Emmett, Cannon and Karsyn; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kali, Riley and Tristan.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lindquist's Layton Mortuary (1867 N Fairfield Rd, Layton, UT 84041).
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to America First Credit Union 9134289 in Tyler's name.
