She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewel Napoleon and Nina Joseph Kerby; her husband Donald D. Tapp; her siblings, Bob, Bill and Ruth; and her nephews, Mark, Jason and Jeremy.
She is survived by: her children, Mark, Selena (Normand), Richard, Tracy Jason (Yuvonka) and Jeremy; and her grandchildren, Tina, Vickie, Deann, Nathen, Emily, Ashton and Jeff.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Lindquist's Layton Mortuary (1867 N Fairfield Rd, Layton, UT 84041). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
