He was predeceased by : his parents, Huston A. Wood and Flossie Jordon Wood; his significant other Darlene Sessions Wood; and his siblings, Montgomery Wood, Erma Baughman, Geneva Smith, Leona Swecker and Madge Wood.
He is survived by : his sister Colleen Reed; his daughters, Cheryl Wood (Sherri) and Sandra Wood Checketts (Sandy); and his grandchildren, Ian Checketts, Lauren Checketts (Warne) and Hannah Checketts (Roothoff). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
