He was predeceased by: his mother Cindy Andersen; his brother Brandon Bingham; and his grandmother Linda Wing Allman. He is survived by: his father Michael Bingham; his wife Caitlin Doerflein; his children, Cindy Andersen, Steven and Amy Wanner; his siblings, Amberlyn Wanner, Dallen Bingham, Hayden Bingham, Dan and Dee Doerflein; his brothers-in-law, Dan Doerflein and Chris Doerflein; his nephews, Rocky, Banks and Henry; and his niece Rosie. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
