He is survived by: his significant other Stacy Phillips; his sons, Dakotah (Brittany), Danley, Devon and Dax Phillips (Shyley); his grandchildren, McKinley Ray, Maizy Pearl and Boston Wayne Phillips; and his sisters, Lauri Valerio, Susan Valerio (Jerry) and Russell (Kathy).
