He is survived by: his father Nyle Malin; his wife Zina Petersen Cox; his children, Kadie Johnson (Tony), Ammon (Melanie), Seth (Carolyn), Rachel Zumaya (Carlos), Caleb (Bethany), Evan (Anna) and Alisa Crawshaw (CJ); and his siblings, Jordan, Carolyn, Nathan (Erin) and Kristi.
