Webb; her children, Tammy and Gary Webb; her parents, Roy Powell and Emma Mae Peterson Powell; and her siblings, Eva Rich, Andrew Petersen (Curly), Joe Roy Powell, Frank Lloyd Powell, Jim Steven Powell, Rex D. Powell, Jack H. Powell, John Allen Powell and Baby Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Hoover (Jim), Terry Webb (Sherilee) and Robert Webb (Dana); her siblings, Crystal Powell, Sandy Brooks (late Ralph), Joan Ann Chorniak (Tom) and Douglass Powell (Linda); and her brother-in-law Jim Rich. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, their spouses, and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.
