With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Passey in Lehi, Utah, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on February 17, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elva Moore and Wayne Ellis Steffensen; her husband Gene Howell Passey; and her stepfather Winston Bridges. She is survived by: her children, Kerry Passey (Robin), Carole Haney (Jack) and Stacy Passey; her sister Nikki Hiatt (Keith); and her sisters-in-law, Myrna Tremelling Passey and Joan Hymas Passey. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 35 great-grandchildren.
