“I worked with Frank while he was a 1st Sgt in "L" Company 3rd RTBN in San Diego back in 1988. Frank was always a great leader and level headed Marine. I saw his name in the Marine Corps obituary section and wanted his family to know he was really admired by all. Even though I never kept in touch with Frank, he crosses my mind when I have flashbacks at being a Senior Drill Instructor in Lima Company. We, as Drill Instructors always had a great time back then, and will always remember those times. Rest in peace Frank.”
