He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eva Evelyn Sorenson and Irvin Lewis Jacobsen; his siblings, Max and Carol Ann; his wife Carolyn Marie Seaver; his children, Adrienne Worthy of Tamarac, FL, Tatiana Biesinger (Jonathan) of Lehi, UT, Christian Richard Jacobsen (Kelli), Hualien, Taiwan, Meagan Elizabeth Gallegos (Santiago) of Albuquerque, NM and Dmitri Alexander Jacobsen of Phoenix, AZ.; his grandchildren, Kaia Monet Worthy, Kiersten Maren Worthy, Makayla Marie Biesinger, Hannah Elizabeth Beavers (Ethen), Ellie Caroline Biesinger, Elijah Christian Jacobsen, Josephine Marie Jacobsen, Rogan McLean Jacobsen and Noah Zion Godwin; and his sons, Kjartan Haugen, Oslo, Norway, Nurbek Darvishev, Tashkent and Uzbekistan.
