He was predeceased by: his parents, Faye Berger (Kunz) and Robert Berger; and his brothers, Rick and Chris. He is survived by: his brother Joel; his former wife Dianne Riley; his children, Todd and Holly; his spouse Jody Palmer; his son Brett (Bethany); and his grandchildren, Morgan (Dallin), Lauren, Colton, Beau, Bobbie Faye, Liv, Logan, Colette and Jude.
Even as Alzheimer's dimmed parts of his memory, Jerry never forgot Jody's face or the love they shared.
