It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kerstin Brignone (Lehi, Utah), born in Bellingham, Washington, who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Gary and Mary Rachel Safsten (Decker); her siblings, Rachelle (Beer), Robert, Richard, Mark, Linnea (Archondous), Gary, Camille (Hoopes), Kaarin, Miriam (Bjork), Shaerna (Buck) and Dan; her grandfather Smith Decker; her children, John Safsten, Laura Ann (Bhagwat), Karen Linde (Coles), Gregory Michael, Emily Kerstin and Elizabeth Christina; her son-in-law Samuel Bhagwat; her grandchildren-in-law, Oliver and Hazel; her son-in-law Brendan Coles; her grandchildren-in-law, Peter and Lilly; her son-in-law Gregory; and her granddaughter Sadie. She was also cherished by her husband, the five younger children.

It was not until the COVID joined forces with the Lupus that she finally lost the fight.
