He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Marshall and Muriel C. Sharlow Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; and his children, Steven Leonard Marshall (Mary Ellen) and Sandra Lynn Marshall Katzenbach. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
