She was predeceased by: her brother Lee Brady Mitchell; and her mothers-in-law, Diane and Linda Hales (Michael Lesueur). She is survived by: her parents, Allene Black Warner (David) of Pleasant Grove and Kevin Mitchell (Milan) of Santa Rosa, CA; her children, Kyler Johnston of American Fork, Brooklynn Witney (Trey) of Spanish Fork, Bradon Hales of American Fork and Emilee Rickeberg (Brayden) of Orem; her grand boys, Liam and Ollie Witney; her half-brother Cody Mitchell; and her stepsiblings, Sarah Wuethrich, Sandi O'Brien and Michael Warner. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and friends.
