She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Thorn Wells and Enid Zimmerman Wells; her husband Jack Nielson; her sons-in-law, Steve Johnson and Cody Jones; her former husband Frank H. Cook; and her sister-in-law Mary Lou Wells.
She is survived by: her children, Kellie Gurney (Tony), Jerry Cook (Lisa), Ryan Cook (Tammy), Damon Nielson (Michelle), Tori Wilson (Rich), Lynn Johnson, David Nielson (Magda), Regina Hall (Vic) and Jarad Nielson (Cyndi); and her brothers, Brent Wells, Kent Wells (Janet) and Jim Wells (Diane). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren.
