He is survived by: his wife Elsie Heninger Garner; his children, Jamie Garner, Mandy Spencer (Brady), Michael Garner (Marissa), Lisa Asay (Kade), Steven Garner (Emma) and Angela Rogers (Corbin); and his sisters, Barbara Gerratt, Janice Tanner, Louise Ward and Suzanne Canaan. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren.
