He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Eleanor; his siblings, Dean and Marilyn; and his grandson Dylan.

He is survived by: his spouse Evah Dianne Steen; his children, Jason of Ogden, UT, Adam (Sara) of South Jordan, UT, Stephanie (Brian) of St George, UT, Natalie (Brad) of Payson, UT and Lindsay (James) of Delano, MN; and his siblings, Carl, Diane, Marcia, Elouise, LuJean and Blair. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
