He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Melvin Johnson. He is survived by: his mother G. Marie Johnson; and his siblings, Dyana Johnson and Michael Johnson.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lehi City Cemetery (1100 N 400 E St, Lehi, UT 84043).
