He is survived by: his parents, James Easton Parratt and Lila Pearl Lewis; his wife Laura Mae Stocking Parratt (Penneys); and his children, Debra Headrick (Tim), Kimberley Hutchinson (William), Lauri Hunter (Keith), Mark Parratt (Cinda), LeAnn Merrill (Robert) and Jamie Parratt. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
