He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roland Arbor and Thelma Kilpack Horrocks; his brothers, Leon Horrocks (Betty) and Larry Horrocks (Debbie); his children, Wendi Webster (Matthew), Jill Cranford (Leonard), Rob Horrocks and Erin Briones (Steven); and his grandchildren, Spencer Webster, Abby Iverson (Tanner), Kesley Larson, Trevor, Tanner, Tayla Briones and Sam Horrocks (Oli).

Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Lehi Meadow View Stake Center (900 N 1200 E, Lehi, UT 84043). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
