He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Melvin and Zetta Fugate Devey; his former wife Rhea Lee Gray; his son Michael Grant; his wife Geraldine Gregory; his daughters, Shirley Hatfield (George), Patti Blakesley (Harold) and Lisa Bowen (Bryon); his sister Elizabeth Jane Wagstaff (Frank); his children, Thomas Melvin Devey and Sandra Kay Ovard; and his granddaughters, Laura Blakesley Klinger and Dixie Brockway.
