She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Bowers and Merle Thornton Garrett; her husband JB Cooper; her sons, Michael Cooper and Howard Cooper; her brother Ernest Thornton Garrett (Donna); and her brother-in-law Jerry Chadwick.
She is survived by: her children, RaeDene Clay (Richard), Kim Cooper (Laurie) and Rhonda Blackstock (Bart); her daughters-in-law, Kathy Cooper and Bonnie Cooper; and her sister Adele Chadwick. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
