It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yoshie Akimoto Eldredge (Lehi, Utah), who passed away on May 19, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sasagu Samuel Akimoto and Fusako Elizabeth Kajitsuka Akimoto; her son Andrew Stephen Eldredge; her siblings, Hamilton Sadahiko Akimoto, Yuko Saito Akimoto, Maren Matilda Mouritsen and Ann Eldredge Coy; and her nephews, Tadashi Sy Akimoto and Daniel Geis.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen Reed Eldredge; her daughters, Allison Yoshie Eldredge and Elizabeth Mariko Holyoak (Scott); her grandchildren, Lexi, Taylor, Natalie, Mya, Jessica, Savannah, Matthew, Ellie, Emily, Michael, Annalea and Lucy; her great grandchild Mabel; and her siblings, John Akimoto (Marilyn) and Itoe Akimoto. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews, dear friends.
