He is survived by: his mother Mandy Pitcher Frazier Fullmer; his children, Tayler Ann Frazier, Brock Andrew Frazier and Jake Dustin Frazier; and his siblings, Jeffrey Warren Frazier, Ryan Lindy Frazier and Serena Dreycz Frazier. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
