He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bair and Olive Bair; and his brother Robert Bair. He is survived by: his wife Shannon; his children, Jennifer Pond (Jayson), Kent Bair (Angie), Kathryn Kemper (Chris), Jonathan Bair (Cara), Heather Wahlen (Jaume) and Richard Bair (Karli); and his siblings, Margo Stepp, Alan and Glenn Bair. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
