He was predeceased by: his father James Gary DeLeeuw. He is survived by: his mother R. Michelle DeLeeuw; his siblings, Debra DeLeeuw Zink (Robert), J. Scott DeLeeuw (Brenda), Kristen DeLeeuw Fenn (Kevin), Steven T. DeLeeuw (Kathryn) and Michael D. DeLeeuw (Tami); his children, Sashia DeLeeuw Dove (Seth) and Brannt DeLeeuw (Mckenna); and his granddaughter Vivienn DeLeeuw. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
