Jalayne leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Jalayne’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Jalayne will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bezzant and Dena Bezzant (Tomlinson) of Pleasant Grove, Utah.; and her sister Laureen Bezzant. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Mecham; and her children, Loralee Buttars (Steve), Ryan Mecham (Rebekah), Jace Mecham (Michelle), Launi Bigelow (Cody) and Layna Mecham. She is also survived by grandchildren; and her five surviving siblings.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Lindon West Stake Center (250 W 600 S St, Lindon, UT 84042). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lindon City Cemetery (600 N 200 E St, Lindon, UT 84042).
