He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Eugene Claycomb Jr. and Marian Edith Helmer; and his first love Sandra Claycomb. He is survived by: his wife Maria Claycomb; his children, Wendy Angeles (Benjamin), Robert Claycomb (Diana), Tracy Claycomb (Shanyn) and Heidi Holt (Bryan); his grandchildren, Sheri, Kristin, Jessica, Michael, Patrick, Daniel, Christopher, Alyssa, Devyn, Ashley, Megan, Gabriella and Xander; his great grandchildren, Angel, Rory, Victoria, Shawn, Emma, Jacob, Riley, Carson, Cody, Benjamin and Sebastian; and his siblings, Leonard Claycomb (Barbara) and Jan Siegmann.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
