He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Simmons Quayle and Doug Quayle; his sister Vicki Quayle Lish; and his brother-in-law Larry B. Hanks. He is survived by: his daughter Selena Quayle Proctor (Stuart Leslie); his sisters, Susan Quayle Hanks and Julie Quayle Bell; his brothers-in-law, Kent Bell and Harold Lish; his grandchildren, Madelin Proctor and Owen Proctor; and his uncle Paul Simmons.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Wasatch Lawn Cemetery (3401 S Highland Dr, Millcreek, UT 84106).
