She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Schmitt and Alverta Schmitt; her husband Gordon Toone; and her son Phillip Toone. She is survived by: her children, Steven (Leeann) of Peoria, Arizona, Kathy Downs (Kim) of Nibley, Jared (Leslie) of Santaquin and Matthew (Laura); and her daughter-in-law Margie Toone Huffaker of Twin Falls. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Nelson Funeral Home (162 East 400 North, Logan, UT 84321). A memorial service was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
