He is survived by: his daughter Melanie Leatham; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Daniel, Emily and Nicholis; his siblings, Ardis and Robert (Tony); his nieces and nephews, Kevin, Chantel, Candis, Britney and Reese; and his former wife Laura Lee Bird Jensen.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Nelson Funeral Home (162 East 400 North, Logan, UT 84321). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wellsville City Cemetery (400 N 200 E, Wellsville, UT 84339).
